Co-curriculum and curriculum are two systems that developed human resource which had a balanced physical, emotional, spiritual and intellectual. Co-curricular has a role and influenced either directly or indirectly in the development of individuals. However, in terms of the balanced interests, often occur that the role and importance of co-curricular had been ignored to either intentionally or unintentionally. Winery, the role and importance of co-co-curricular had been taken account for quite extensive purposes. Among that are to develop countries through the nurturing of national integration among students, to foster community life and to build up individual self-development with a variety of skills through the co-curricular teaching and learning process. Hence, the purpose of this article is trying to explain the relationship between co-curricular with the generic skills through the descriptive analysis that based on writing and research in the previous generic skills and co-curricular discipline. It is believed that co-curriculum had a relationship with the developing of generic skills among students.
