Abstract

Artikel ini membincangkan dapatan kajian yang melihat perkaitan antara persepsi gangguan seksual lelaki dan wanita dalam pekerjaan yang tradisi dan bukan tradisi . Dapatan kajian in menunjukan bahawa responden mempunyai kecenderungan mempersepsi gangguan seksual jika mereka bersikap terhadap wanita, tanpa mengira mereka berkerja dalam kerja yang tradisional ataupun tidak. Seterusva artikel ini mengutarakan alasan mengapa dapatan ini berbeza dengan kebayakkan kajian di Barat. Memandangkan perbezaan ini berkait rapat dengan faktor penglibatan wanitan dalam tenaga kerja, kuasa sosial lelaki dan adat maka ianya diulas dari perspektif budaya di negara kita.
Akhir sekali beberapa strategi di utarakan dalam membentuk sikap yang positif terhadap wanita yang mana harus melibatkan semua peringkat Masyarakat.
