We describe a rarecase of a 33 -year-old Chinese gentleman who presented post seizure secondary to subdural gliosis, sequelae from aprevious subdural haematoma. Following physical examination and radiographic assessment, including a Computed Tomography scan (CT scan), Rarely fracture-dislocation of bilateral proximal humeri were diagnosed;similar fracture patterns were noted.
