Abstract

The advancement of digital technology has made it possible to manipulate multi dimensional signals to be implemented in a variety of tasks. The manipulation of a digital image is possible since it can be derived from an analog image in a 2D or more continuous space through a sampling process to create discrete space. This paper will take the reader to another possible application of image processing. The paper will discuss the method that can be taken in solving the problem of parking system which becoming progressively more complicated in the coming years. The system will implement chain-code and A-Star algorithm.
