High Energy States of ¹⁰⁴Rh Observed from ²⁶Mg(⁸²Se, 3np) ¹⁰⁴Rh Reaction

Abstract

New high-spin excited states of ¹⁰⁴Rh at energies; 2711, 3132, 3135, 3608, 3648, 4122 and 4200 keV were established and another at 2760 keV was suggested from $\gamma-\gamma$ coincidence measurements in the inverse reaction ²⁶Mg with 170 MeV ⁸²Se. A total of nine gamma rays associated with these levels with energies; 394, 413, 424, 476, 511, 514, 554, 590 and 1121 keV were detected. The new excited states are suggested to be members of two established bands with bandheads at 129 keV(5⁺) and 1778 keV(11⁺).
