Abstract

Most community members believe that the effectiveness of a school is related to the efficiency of its management or principal’s leadership style. Actually, this phenomenon occurs if one perceives success from the macro aspect. Conventionally, the success of an organization starts from the smaller units that exist in the organization itself. Hence, this article will discuss the smaller units that exist in the school organization, which refer to classrooms or micro scale. The focus of the discussion is to suggest what should be done by teachers in classrooms in order to create effective schools.
