Today, technology plays an important role in the classroom literacy teaching. However, technology usage by Malay language teachers is still new and not as encouraging as expected due to lack of technical skills and experience among them. This article discusses some important concepts related to technology usage in Malay language literacy teaching, which can be used as a guideline for Malay language teachers who are interested in exploring technology usage in enhancing their students’ language performance.
