Orthopaedic Sport Surgery Unit. AbstractWe report a case of delayed diagnosis of tarsal tunnel syndrome caused by a ganglion arising from the talo-calcaneal joint. Unusually the symptoms were mainly due to the lateral planter nerve compression with a positive Tinel's sign.
