Abstract

Artikel ini membincangkan tentang agihan semula pendapatan dari perspektij pemikiran ekonomi barat dan Islam. Dalam pemikiran ekonomi barat didapati terdapat pihak yang menentang agihan semula pendapatan dan dalam masa yang sama terdapat sarjana yang mendokong langkah ini. Dari perspektij Islam pula, agihan semula pendapatan dan kekayaan memang telah menjadi bahagian yang sepadu dalam ajarannya. Kertas ini mengutarakan pendapat yang dikemukakan oleh dua tokoh Islam iaitu Ibn Taymiyyah dan Ibn Hazm.
