Abstract

This paper discusses the effects of al-Tawhid on man’s life. It as the central theme of Islam argues that proper and firm faith in al-Tawhid through implication in a suitable environment constitutes the element of being a perfect Muslim, which in turn, can be transmitted into materializing the development of man’s personality based on the divine guidance. A critical study on ‘al-Tawhid and its effects on man’s life’ suggests that the essence of al-Tawhid with moderation, sincerity and continuity of appropriate, rational and effective approach plays a vital role towards understanding whole tawhidic paradigm and it implication on man’s personal, family, social, political and economic lives. The most important observation is the role of a bearer of al-Tawhid in order to ensure a significant development based on a balance between spiritual and material life. It is a hope that in the dark hours of human history, the Islamic world as the bearer of the massages of Allah’s last planner revelation, can rise to make awareness of tawhidic paradigm in the globe, which could help men and women to leave at peace and harmony with themselves, with other fellow human beings, with the natural environment and with the divine reality, who is the ontological source of both man and cosmos.
