Abstract

Accessing materials from Asean countries has always posed a serious problem to librarians. In the light of this, the three requisites of accessing publications, namely collection development, bibliographic control and information technology are discussed. The difficulties encountered by both librarians and researchers as well as provides some suggestions to alleviate them is addressed.
