    <abstract>Congenital absence or agenesis of the corpus callosum (ACC) may be clinically asymptomatic or may be an incidental finding discovered at autopsy or on neuroimaging. The presence of ACC in patients with schizophrenia is rarely reported. A case of a young woman with ACC and schizophrenia is reported with her clinical presentation.</abstract>
