        <dc:description>The paper presents the Extra-Stage Cube interconnection network reliability estimation using Stratified Sampling Monte Carlo (SSMC) method. The parameter of reliability includes terminal reliability, broadcast reliability and network reliability. The SSMC method provides approximate solutions by performing statistical sampling experiments on a computer. This method of reliability prediction is useful when system complexity makes the formulation of exact models essentially impossible. A computer program has been developed and the SSMC method was demonstrated as a good estimator for all the three types of the reliability parameter after compared with the exact reliability and reliability bounds.</dc:description>
